Magnificent particularly good location, in paddy field. Beautifully decorated and neat room with a river view.

Fairly clean place & extremely great and really kind staff on the receptionist. Spacious and huge room, a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the room. Excellent breakfasts with varieties of foodstuffs. Good and absolutely perfect location near to minimarket n traditional market, easy to get anywhere.

Affable personnel is on the receptionist.

We really enjoyed the room, it was big size and had a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a writing desk.

The scenery from the balcony room on the 16th or 17th floor was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has plans for improvement in the coming years.

Although there were some minor drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as issues with towels and breakfast, I found the staff to be polite and nice. The view of the mountain was excellent, and the hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were great.

Everything was perfect, stunning location in paddy field, the stuff where nice! Our hotel room was huge and tastefully decorated with mountain view balcony. Location: the property was right by the cafe and mountain, field, and river and wonderful Puncak. And it was just a short walk away from Amen Chinese Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

This hotel truly offers a great value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub and a sofa bed for added convenience. And let's not forget the amazing view from the balcony - it really made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of foodstuffs to choose from. We even found some interesting dishes that we had never tried before.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

The facility was amazing with fascinating outdoor areas. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The rooftop terrarium dining was a spectacular experience. The area had plenty of interesting activities for families with kids, making it a great place for a weekend getaway.

The breakfast was often crowded on weekends, making it hard to find a table. The rooms could use some maintenance to fix issues like leaking bathtubs and bad odors in the bathroom.

Certainly a fine experience for honeymoon in Puncak. Fairly clean and ideal hotel with private parking. Extremely comfy bed in the suite, plus climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. Great service and good value. Not to mention excellent wifi!
